AMC done but nobody is coming to replace / attend issues

I have paid 3560/- rs on 14th Sept'2023 & taken AMC for 2 years.
(AMC valid from 30th Sept'23 to 29th Sept'23

In order to replace filters, I had raised request/called to cust service no. many times but every time I have been told that person is arranged & will close the issue. I live in chinchwad, Pune & nobody is responding. The trust of Eureko forbes brand is damging now, expecting actions.
