Never knew that Eureka Forbes has turned into a FRAUDULENT COMPANY and dupes the Customer by taking AMC, and thereafter turns their back till the AMC Renewal gets due. Taken AMC on 28 Jan 23. Booked Service Request on 15th March 23 for 12:00 to 13:00 Hrs slot of 15th, as Unit was giving water with floating worm like solid particles. Professional assigned immediately but never turned up despite daily followups with the Customer Care and escalating the matter thrice. At last rescheduled the service booking for 10:00 to 11:00 Hrs slot of 18th, but still status is same. Interestingly, one cannot book another Service Request since one is open. At last cancelled the open Service Request and booked a fresh one for 11:00 to 12:00 Hrs slot on 20th. Even after two hours of the slot end time, NO PROFESSIONAL ASSIGNED. Customer Service, as usual assured to have sent a priority message to the Service Team to attend this complaint on priority, but ALL BLUFF. DEJECTED with the PATHETIC Service
