Eureka Forbes: Fraudulent Servicing

I had servicing done for Aquaguard 2 months ago and the technician installed a faulty pump. I complained and asked for a replacement for 2 weeks following which they never sent any technician. They always forwarded my complaint to "priority" multiple times. 4 days ago a technician claiming to be from Eureka stated we would get a replacement only after down payment of 4000 rupees. We gave 1000 in cash and 3000 in bank transaction.

After this the guy stopped picking up calls and his number stopped working. Eureka doesn't even care about complaints and only forwards it to priority every time. They also don't have any department suitable for handling such fraudulent activities. They also don't have verification for their technicians.
