I had purchased a vacuum cleaner from a dealer of Eureka Forbes. The model is Forbes X-1 Star and it was purchased on 1/11/2021. On 29/3/2022, while I was operating the same the hose pipe connecting the machine to the suction pipe got torn suddenly.
Thereafter, I could not use the machine and immediately placed a complaint with their customer service cell over the registered mobile. I was told that someone would attend by 3.30 p.m. the same day, but nothing happened.
Next day, I called again and result was nil. On 1/4/2022, I connected with the customer service through Whatsapp and went on giving them details for more than an hour and was again told by message that I would get someone to attend the next day.
Nothing happened. The situation has become frustrating since I am unable to get things done by any other way except these two useless ways only. My complaint on 4/4/2022 bears number [Protected].
My Whatsapp message bears the complaint no. [Protected]and they had given me a follow up reminder number as 0[Protected]. I was promised a service technician call within a day and nothing has happened.
I called the seller and told him the matter and he is dodging the issue. I seek that the torn hose pipe be replaced at the earliest to enable me to use the product.
