I took AMC for a Eureka water filter product in Jan,in March because of location change they suggested me to buy UTC product in exchange of the previous filter and that the Amc will be seamlessly transferred to new product all part of buy back scheme.Once bought and installed no clue on the AMC!!Customer login Id doesn’t work and repeated emails and follow ups no one is able to give me status of the AMC..Eureka is probably the worse in customer service they give to local vendors who work on their own rules and if any issue crops it’s just so exhausting for a customer!!They are cheating customers with schemes they are not clear of and very unprofessional.I want my AMC Tranfered to the new product as told by the company!!
