I bought aquaguard water purifier in may 2021. i had booked a complaint regarding service on 21/04/2022 in warranty period which is upto 2/5/2022. Then i called many times to customer care of eureka forbes [Protected].
And also sent a mail 2-3 times to ceo pf eureka forbes on [PROTECTED]@eurekaforbes.co.in. But till date my problem is not resolved nobody came to my house to repair it. Pathetic service.
Whenever i called a customer care they just told me that they sent a mail to service department they will assist you and then nobody cares. This is routine since 15 days.
And also one thing they appoint me technician MANAS ENETERPRISE with code no 17631 when i called he told me that he will not do service of aquaguard because company didn't pay him since 6-7 months.
We buy water purifier for our safety and we spend so much money on it. But from last 20 days i have to buy filter water from outside everyday inspite of spending so much money.
Please look into this matter as early as possible and give a strong lesson to company so nobody else will be harassed like me. I am a doctor by profession i don't have such time everyday to call customer care everyday.
And in this digital time this is so ridiculous thing this company doing to harass customer like me. Just give a strong lesson to company that from now on they will not harass any customer in future. Thanking you in advance.
