I have booked airline ticket through Ease my trip to Singapore from Chennai . PNR no is CU7PMY. and booking id is EMT[Protected].Total amount paid for the ticket is Rs 10545/- which includes 1113/- towards premium for zero cancellation fee.Due to some exigencies I have cancelled the ticket well in time and got refund from airlines 3932/- and cancellation was done only through EMT.
For claiming the balance amount I have taken up the matter with EMT and though they have agreed that I am entitled ,they are not returning the balance amount and did not enable the particular claim portion in their refund module . Nearly 20 letters I might have written and every time stereotype reply is coming and no one is there to put their mind and to resolve the issue.
