i had booked Finnair tickets for mumbai-Amsterdam-- mumbai booking refrance 5Z86RT ticket no -[Protected], but Finnair cancelled all flights from Mumbai, , I was to get full refund of amt paid, as it is airline that canceled flight, easemytrip deducted tax of Rs5098 ( for 2 ticket ). when talked to Finnair about this, they said full refund is given to your agent. kindly help in getting Rs5098.
