My bus operator has cancelled the bus due to some technical problems and he has refunded the amount back.All the other co passengers have received amount instantly and only for me the amount has been not credited because of choosing ease my trip website.

I have called customer care but they are saying same words like a script they have provided to them and if I drop mails they are sensing same mails like it's an automated mails.But they are responding properly and still my amount has been not credited.I need my money back.
