I have ordered a multiple products on 20th July,2022 in app delivery date was showing me of 21st July,2022.I called cx care for continuously 4-5 days n requesting to deliver my product.But all the executive giving me different reasons on every call n wen I ask to trf the call to senior they deny for the same everytime and promising me that senior will give u a call as v raising the call back request but till date I haven't received a single call from any senior.
After waiting sooo long I cancelled my order last Saturday n it's 1 week I didn't get my amount refund.Daily I am calling n doing the follow up all the executive Is saying me wait for 24 hours and few minutes ago my husband spoke with siyaram he said as I am able to check in the system der is no update regarding refund n when my husband ask to trf the call again he said that u will rcve the call from senior in 24 hours.
I swear on god if I didn't get get my refund will lodge a complaint in consumer forum. FRAUD COMPANY DOING SCAM....
