Main [Protected]number se order kiya tha, but order kiya hua goods nehi mila aur cash on delivery dikha raha hai... 3,4 times eisa hua hai..

Ye sob mera order kiya hua saman kuch vi nehi mila...aur delivery ho gaya

I have ordered a multiple products on 20th July,2022 in app delivery date was showing me of 21st July,2022.I called cx care for continuously 4-5 days n requesting to deliver my product.But all the executive giving me different reasons on every call n wen I ask to trf the call to senior they deny for the same everytime and promising me that senior will give u a call as v raising the call back request but till date I haven't received a single call from any senior.

After waiting sooo long I cancelled my order last Saturday n it's 1 week I didn't get my amount refund.Daily I am calling n doing the follow up all the executive Is saying me wait for 24 hours and few minutes ago my husband spoke with siyaram he said as I am able to check in the system der is no update regarding refund n when my husband ask to trf the call again he said that u will rcve the call from senior in 24 hours.

I swear on god if I didn't get get my refund will lodge a complaint in consumer forum. FRAUD COMPANY DOING SCAM.......

I have installed deal share application from play store on 30 June the application shows some offers on discounted offer price. I have ordered 1 kg potato @9rs/kg,1 kg onion @ 9rs/kg and 1kg sugar @19rs/kg.

They conformed my orders and commit the delivery on 2nd n 4th July but suddenly i saw on 2nd July my orders was automatically canceled by tomorrow them. i have called the customer care they said its technical issue and they cant do anything i have to reorder the items.

When i go to the home page to reorder the items i saw the offer was deleted from site. i have complaint again but he is not ready to listen. they said they cant do anything and i have to reorder the items ans as i previously said offer has deleted then how can anyone reorder the items i think its new way to make fool to the customers.

They gave tempting offers so that customer install their app and and once customer installed the app his job has done then they deleted the offers and canceled all orders related to these kind of offers when customer complaint they can say its technical issue n reorder.

I m really feeling cheated. i think if the order canceled because of technical issue company should compensate us n provided the items on ordered prices its not our mistake its company fault order has been canceled by his side.

I want all items on ordered price including compensation....

I Sachin Shaw from Howrah. I ordered on 20.06.2022 10kg Basmati Rice from Dealshare, I received on 22.06.2022 a bad quality basmati rice which not eatable, I complaints raised but not get any positive response from their end.

I call so many time but not get response properly but today's 01.07.22 I call about 20 times, they are block my number when I called then call connected somewhere else or disconnected and same time if I call from another number then connected.

I lost my hard earned money twice, I assumed that they are a fraud....

I make a order from Dealshare from 26th Its delivery date is 28th August . At 28th August successfully delivered msg received but product not received After 9 days problem remains same. I have do complaint 4-5 time in Dealshare customer care. But not resolved. Please help me....

In the reference of above subject I do ordered some of grocery item from dealshare.com also did online payment but now they denying to deliver instead of replying wait 24-48 hours. I got mentally tortured a lot. Please do the needful.
