I have installed deal share application from play store on 30 June the application shows some offers on discounted offer price. I have ordered 1 kg potato @9rs/kg,1 kg onion @ 9rs/kg and 1kg sugar @19rs/kg.
They conformed my orders and commit the delivery on 2nd n 4th July but suddenly i saw on 2nd July my orders was automatically canceled by tomorrow them. i have called the customer care they said its technical issue and they cant do anything i have to reorder the items.
When i go to the home page to reorder the items i saw the offer was deleted from site. i have complaint again but he is not ready to listen. they said they cant do anything and i have to reorder the items ans as i previously said offer has deleted then how can anyone reorder the items i think its new way to make fool to the customers.
They gave tempting offers so that customer install their app and and once customer installed the app his job has done then they deleted the offers and canceled all orders related to these kind of offers when customer complaint they can say its technical issue n reorder.
I m really feeling cheated. i think if the order canceled because of technical issue company should compensate us n provided the items on ordered prices its not our mistake its company fault order has been canceled by his side.
I want all items on ordered price including compensation.
