After many Request for Refunding 95000/- no Response from company

दोस्तों मैने अक्टूबर 22 को क्लब मेरिडियन द्वारा कोर्ट यार्ड हॉलीडेज प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के माध्यम से चलाए जा रहे प्रोग्राम को झांसी में एक प्रतिष्ठित होटल में मीटिंग ले दौरान ज्वाइन किया था। ज्वाइनिंग के टाइम कंपनी के चेलों, श्री चंदन सिंह और मिस अलका राजपूत, ने प्रोमिस किया की इस राशि का भुगतान 36 किश्तों में करना होगा और कार्ड पर चार्ज ब्याज का भुगतान कम्पनी करेगी। मगर मेरा भुगतान सिर्फ 24 किश्तों में किया गया और आज तक ब्याज के भुगतान की बात भी नहीं कर रहे है। प्लान ज्वाइन के समय मुझे कन्फर्म किया गया था कि इस प्लान में मैं 6 रात/ 7 दिन के लिए दुबई/ सिंगापुर/मलेशिया/थाईलैंड/बाली दो एयर टिकट एंजॉय कर सकते है। परंतु मेरे ज्वाइन करने के बाद मैने इस प्लान को यूज करने के लिए दिसंबर में दुबई के लिए मेरा टूर अरेंज करने के लिए रिक्वेस्ट किया तो कंपनी ने यह कह कर मना कर दिया कि अभी busy season है और हम यह प्लान सिर्फ मार्च से अक्टूबर में अरेंज कर सकते हैं। जबकि accept लेटर में साफ साफ लिखा है कि यह offer all सीजन के लिया applicable है। यह एक चोर , मक्कार, झूठी, धोखेबाज, लुटेरी कंपनी है, जो की झ

They calls us on a luxury place on the name of free dinner or any other lucrative offer and impress us that we will provide you that kind of places on our package after your payment you will not be able to take their services on a single day..i even said that I will go on the place which you have vacant..they suggested me on 24 March 2023 that we have vacant property in Manali from 11 April to 14 April..i approved it than they said that you can book your tickets for your journey I did and sent tickets to them but till then they are not able to approve any hotel for accomodation.. because they don't have any business of that kind
