I purchased the plan from company representatives which assured a holiday abroad with family. On asking this complimentary offer they gave me the time line in between certain months. On asking in that duration after some days they told me to ask this offer in between March - September, and when I dropped e-mail in March 2023, since than No Response from the company. All the numbers provided are Switched Off, the e-mails are bouncing back and the website is non traceable.
The amount asked for membership was taken in single shot and now they have vanished.

The company has completely Vanished from website portal along with e-mail id. No customer care response.No Holiday Bookings either national or international.This kind of behavior proves that Club Meridien (A Unit Of Courtyard Holidays Private Limited) is a company in habit to rob the clients on false promises and within a year after getting full payment they vanishes away leading no clues for communication to be made.
