I purchased the plan from company representatives which assured a holiday abroad with family. On asking this complimentary offer they gave me the time line in between certain months. On asking in that duration after some days they told me to ask this offer in between March - September, and when I dropped e-mail in March 2023, since than No Response from the company. All the numbers provided are Switched Off, the e-mails are bouncing back and the website is non traceable.

The amount asked for membership was taken in single shot and now they have vanished.

The company has completely Vanished from website portal along with e-mail id. No customer care response.No Holiday Bookings either national or international.This kind of behavior proves that Club Meridien (A Unit Of Courtyard Holidays Private Limited) is a company in habit to rob the clients on false promises and within a year after getting full payment they vanishes away leading no clues for communication to be made.

This company fraud me , it took 1,48,500 rupees with credit card and on emi and I have to pay it with interest. They told me that we will be having a trip to foreign country, and today they have no response for Indian hotels too... It's been 2months since I have gotten any response I am emailing them and even contacting them but still no response it's just a waste of many... It's just a fraud. If they are not going to give immediate response I have to take some legal actions against them....

This company took 45000 ₹ from us and said ki 5 saal mei kbhi out of india,in India hum hotel book kara sakte hai.and property 4 to 5 star hogi.mai pichle 2 month se continue follor up le rahi hu par koi response nahi hey. Mujhe Kapil's number was given.Jo ki ab available nahi hai.Please koi bhi abse package na le aur sb log mil k complain kro. Company bhi fraud hai log bhi fraud hai.mujhe mre paise wapas chaiye.. pls help me..koi hai jiske pas number ya adress hai club Meridien walo ka.pls contact.

And in logo ne event Lucknow mei rkha tha n said ki we are giving movie tickets dinner hotel stay etc but nothing they have given..now person vijay told that ki usne job change kar li n uski b salary phasi hui hai..vijay k through hi maine payment ki thi now kapil se mri baat hui thi 2,3 baar ab ush cheater ka bhi phone not available hai.inki web mail phle. Com tha ab bolte hai k.

In hai ush pe maine kai baar mail kia but no response..phle maine hoa k trip mangi to bole k peak season hai so nhi milega then i asked ki all over india mei ap july mei jha ka bhi de skte ho do tbse phn not reachable mail pe no response.blood cheap peopla nad company.i dont know itna jhuth k sath in logo ki family kaise survive krti hai....

They invite you for free dinner, misguide to buy holiday packages from them and then u just cannot contact them. They mist be prosecuted...

On 25th Nov 2022 , I purchased a plan from Ajaz at Nemisia City Center , Gurgaon sector 29 in 1.85 lakhs with so many promises of abroad trip etc but since then they are just passing out time and torturing me with fake promises. I want to cancel this and want my money back and will go to court of law to taught them a lesson specially the person who sold the plan with fake promises....

I had taken their club membership of 2 year by paying Rs. 31500/- as their offer seem lucrative. But having subscribed, there is no communication and they are not giving any vouchers that they promised at the time of taking membership. It is a fraud company and people should avoid this to save their hard earned money....

On 5th April 2021, My Card swipe on one of your agent places at Radisson Blu hotel Faridabad, for the family holiday package in goa now i'm chasing to them last 17 month for the booking details but still they didn't provide the details yet.

Now i'm going to take legal action and police complain against them.

The club Meridien (A unit of Courtyard Holidays) is a fraud company, don't buy any holidays plan from them....
