I applied for a Club Mahindra Holidays membership on 2nd Sep, 2023 and cancelled the very next day via mail after coming to know that they don’t treat the customers well. I opted for EMI and paid Rs.37500 as initial amount and the cycle for first EMI was from Nov 2023 which is Rs.7856. They had replied to me registering a Case number:03391118. I had contacted them a thousand times over their customer care support number:[Protected]and they promised to look into the issue each time asking me to wait for 24-48hrs. But they have never called me or given any kind of acknowledgment.

They still say the issue they have logged on behalf of me is in progress and say they have forwarded it to the concerned team. They lie through their teeth when they say I would get a callback from them. They also deducted this month EMI. As per their terms and conditions if someone cancels/withdraws their membership within 15 days of application, they are eligible to claim full refund of all their money.I need full refund of my money Rs.37500 and the EMI that they have taken this month which is Rs.7856. This is absurd @clubmahindra Is this how you literally customers and treat them like garbage in the end? Why won’t you give back our money as per your terms and conditions!?
