I have booked a flight from Durgapur to Mumbai dated 19 Oct 2021 but the flight was cancelled by the airlines itself and so I was to get a full refund.I have been consistently told that I will get my refund with 48 hrs from the last 2 months.
And till today date their 48hrs has not been completed. I have given complete information on my behalf and Still my problem has not been resolved.
