Dear team i have book a ticket from gorkhpur to Mumbai traveling date 12 Feb booking date 9 Feb 0051 hours trip id is [Protected]amount deduct from credit card but show payment status failed and show this message.

Payment failed, Initiating refund. Your booking was not completed as we've received a failed status for your super coins transaction We shall be refunding the amount charged on your Credit Card for ₹ 5169.0.

And it should reflect in the same within 3-12 working days. We regret the inconvenience caused but till date i have not received money please cheak and refund my money.
