Since more than a month i am facing so many issues with citibank i e., I mostly do my transactions in the night time and my salary account is citi bank, since more than a month without intimation citi bank does not allow me to make any transactions because of which i am not able to make bill payments.

My mother facing health issues and i am not able to make insurance payments or unable to do hospital payments and i am unable to do recharges or pay anything for which citi bank is not providing any proper response.

I am totally dissatisfied with citi bank and loss so many things because of using this, i request to kindly provide me with necessary action against this bank and there are so many things i faced because of this which cannot be explained in one go through online it would be great if anybody respond please, thanks.
