Myself Sanjay tanti, I was Citi credicard holder of your bank ([Protected]) last 9-10 months back. I had paid all of my outstanding amount. And receipt confirmation from your [PROTECTED]@citicorp.com on 04 dec 21 and 28 sep 21as nil balance due and card has been closed. After all this confirmation how come my your bank is showing Rs 5.56 amount outstanding and due to this my credit score decreased.
