To cancellation of my subscription

Kindly arrange to cancel of my subscription due to fraud by BYJUs team member with me. He promised 24 EMI @ ₹5000 through Bajaj finanace. But ₹10000 EMI is deducting since 7 months. I have extra burden due to this.
So I reguested to yoy to cancel my subscription and arrange to refund the amount of ₹140000/-. Three days ago, a your team member called me and said that I am the head of the institute and no action will be taken on your complain and now your complain has been closed.
