My self zahid khan currently i have registered for IAS tablet course. During the registration i pay 7000 and 50000 EMI they said that if you are not satisfy with the tutor you can left the offer said course within 15 days with hundred percent refund policy. I had applied for the cancellation of the above course with the 3 days and do not consider my cancellation. At the time of registration they misguide me about the facilities provided by them none of the facility will be provided by them according to their rules they don't provide the facilities that are said to me during the registration even the mentor provided by them do not receive the call or when they receive they said i call u later but none action will be taken.

When i call to the Institute they misguide me and said that the cancellation will take into consideration but they do not consider my request . I have all the proof of their guidance that are given to me during the registration.Due to their misbehavior i am going to depression,frustration, as i am living in farflung area and belong to a middle class family . 57000 thousand is a lot of amount for me. I am requested to you please considered my request and take the action against the byjus.
