I bought byjus CAT subscription in 10 September 2023 but after a week my gov.exam results are out and I cleared gov exam so I don't want to continue CAT preparation that's why I told my consultant to cancel my subscription and refund my money but he didn't cancel my subscription and he ignored my message for 4 days then He called me and then he was saying that if I want refund then I have to verify for my loan service in their verification department I trust him and I called Byjus verification department but they says If I complete verification process then my loan service will start and you already send cancellation request.

Then why are you still verifying for loan service then he said to me that you don't have to verify for loan If you send request to your consultant or called cancellation department then your subscription will get cancel . Then I send 2 email in last 8 days but byjus only give request number they didn't contact me , their cancellation team didn't contact me. I Tweet this issue on Twitter but they still didn't contact me Please cancel my subscription and refund my money.
