Hello,
My wife purchased few products from Zivame. She ordered on 1st March but they keep on extend the date of delivery. When I check the tracking status it shows at delivery center. But since it’s been a month there is no moment in status. All it’s getting postponed just the delivery date. I don’t know what’s happening. I even try to cancel the order it’s not letting cancel.

Only one product got cancelled and spoke to customer care and she said she is cancelling all my products but still no refund from last 3 days now. I don’t know what to do. There is never proper response from Zivame team.

Not on chat and they don’t have a proper calling number. Don’t know where to call I got one number when it allowed me to cancelled one of the product. Anyways I am looking for help and want to raise complain on Zivame.com....

Zivame ne mere sath 2 bar fraud Kara hai, please help kariye meri, hum gareeb logo k sath aisa fraud karte hai yeh log, hmare pas khane k paise ni hote kese kese hm zroorat puri karte hai apni usme bhi yeh log aise fraud karte hai apne customers k sath.

Mene order Kara tha 20 June ko zivame se apne liye b'day gift 3 July ko mere b'day k liye, mai daily zivame ki app par apne order ka status check krti rhi order place ho kar successfully confirm bhi kr diya zivame m delivery k liye 2-3 din ka time bataya.

Mene wait Kara or order ni aaaya , mene phir daily zivame app par par chat kri unke help chat se unke assistant logi ne mujhe bola ji ajayga order wait krye on the way hai, roz yhi bolte rahe mera b'day bhi nikal gya meri trip bhi mera order na aane ki wajah se cancel Hui mera time kharab hua.

M bolti rhi unse apne apne delivery agent ka contact no de do unhone wo bhi provide ni kra, mera time waste hua meri bday khrab gyi meri trip cancel Hui Jo mere b'day ki thi. at last aj unhone 16 din bad mera order cancel kr diya hai apne ap.

Aisa mere sath pehle bhi Kara unhone par phir bhi mene first time soch k sorry accept ki zivame ki but is bar sorry accept ni hogi please meri help Karo hum gareeb logo ko is Fraud se bachao....

They didn't deliver my order. Since Nov 2 they kept my order at Delhivery facility without delivering. They didn't contact me even once. Didn't reply to my phone calls, emails, tweets, twitter inbox.

But they kept updating the tracking status as if i am rejecting my order. Kindly help me receive my order. I have all needed screenshots with me. I have evidences against all their fraudulent updates and assurances....

I ordered 3 products from zivame on 24th June and raised a return request for 2 products. I returned both the products but received refund only for one product. I have been calling and mailing customer care since 2 months.

And I have been getting the same answer every time ( we are checking out warehouse and will be resolved in 72 hours). Yesterday again I called and the customer executive said that she will initiate the refund immediately and after 2 minutes she said that she has some system issue and said that will be refunded by EOD which I didn't receive.

Today I called them again, now they responded that they received only one product and other product could not be found in the warehouse and they will not be able to help. How yesterday they were ready to provide the refund.

And today they can't find it? I am feeling very exhausted and cheated since I explained my situation to numerous customer care executive so far. they gave me false hopes and today got cheated....

I had purchased products from Zivame in May 2021 worth Rs. 999. The size wasn't appropriate so I decided to return it. Their return policy is also not good during COVID 19 i.e on 26th May 2021 we had to go to courier office and spend more Rs. 250 for the return of product. They have received the product.

I called them 6-7 times every-time they told me within 72 hrs we will initiate your refund, till now I haven't received my refund amount. To avoid this with other consumers I request you to look into this matter....
