My wife purchased few products from Zivame. She ordered on 1st March but they keep on extend the date of delivery. When I check the tracking status it shows at delivery center. But since it’s been a month there is no moment in status. All it’s getting postponed just the delivery date. I don’t know what’s happening. I even try to cancel the order it’s not letting cancel.
Only one product got cancelled and spoke to customer care and she said she is cancelling all my products but still no refund from last 3 days now. I don’t know what to do. There is never proper response from Zivame team.
Not on chat and they don’t have a proper calling number. Don’t know where to call I got one number when it allowed me to cancelled one of the product. Anyways I am looking for help and want to raise complain on Zivame.com.
