i should have seen number of complaints raised before ordering. they don’t respond and just take money instead...

Order 164161 confirmed. Message received by. me after payment. Only one product delivered instead of three. Almost one month. No reply from them after several emails. Order confirmation screen shot also sent to them. Fraud seems to be their USP....

I want to return my order. I did so many mails in last 2 days but still there is no response from company side...

I booked Revvex for my car by referring to zaavio advertisement.. I received the product in damaged packing condition, booked in black i got silver colour product and that too it is giving strange whistle sound which is not at all matching rshe sound as they shown in add. I sent several mails on [PROTECTED]@zaavio.com for return but i didn't got any reply. They are not seriously concerned about their customers!. Its a fraud company....

I have placed an order in Zaavio for INR 1698/- on the 3rd of December 2022. I have received a confirmation mail on my purchase. Post this i did not hear anything from them about the dispatch of the product. On 11th Dec, i mailed them as there is no contact info other than mail address, wanting to know the status.

On 13th Dec, I got the response that they are escalating it to the fulfillment team. But did not hear back from them till 17th Dec. Again i wrote back today (20th Dec). I am not sure of getting any update. I have asked them to refund the amount but i am really not sure if this vendor is trustworthy anymore. A pathetic customer service experience ever....

They advertise on Insta and other platforms but the products they send are of such bad quality. They promise 30 day refund or replacement options but so far they haven't even responded to my complaint email (it's been 5 weeks).

There are so many fraudulent companies nowadays and Zaavio is one such company that simply steals peoples money with sub standard products worth just 10% their price tag. So frustrating....

Hi recently collected flexvest inner size wrongly sent as M instead of XXL. No response reply from the customer care. Order no NP/13316045. DT 5th Sept 22 SKU 6107. WORST and difficult to trust online purchase....

The bags I received are of very very Poor quality. The website is also not opening. I have enclosed the pictures of product received. This seems to be a fake website....

I have ordered a STOKZIO-pack of 6 boxes from ZAAVIO.com for rs 899 via online mode of payment. I emailed them about the delivery time they replied to my email on the 26th of January my product was delivered.

Then I got to know that they delivered the wrong product which was not even worth Rs100. then I emailed them about the matter they didn't reply to my email. then I emailed them more than 6 times and asked them that I want to return the product please initiate the process they didn't respond to my email till today.

When I went to their online site ZAAVIO.com and tried to connect through other channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter then I got to know that all the given social media platforms are fake and no such account has been found.

No contact no. and customer support number is given by them on their platform. when I tracked my product through AWB no. via Delhivery (their delivery partners) the product was picked up from their Warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

This site is fraud and cheated various customers as I saw through this complaint portal I want my refund and their product is still unused by me. kindly took serious action against them ASAP....
