I have ordered a STOKZIO-pack of 6 boxes from ZAAVIO.com for rs 899 via online mode of payment. I emailed them about the delivery time they replied to my email on the 26th of January my product was delivered.

Then I got to know that they delivered the wrong product which was not even worth Rs100. then I emailed them about the matter they didn't reply to my email. then I emailed them more than 6 times and asked them that I want to return the product please initiate the process they didn't respond to my email till today.

When I went to their online site ZAAVIO.com and tried to connect through other channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter then I got to know that all the given social media platforms are fake and no such account has been found.

No contact no. and customer support number is given by them on their platform. when I tracked my product through AWB no. via Delhivery (their delivery partners) the product was picked up from their Warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

This site is fraud and cheated various customers as I saw through this complaint portal I want my refund and their product is still unused by me. kindly took serious action against them ASAP.
