I have placed an order in Zaavio for INR 1698/- on the 3rd of December 2022. I have received a confirmation mail on my purchase. Post this i did not hear anything from them about the dispatch of the product. On 11th Dec, i mailed them as there is no contact info other than mail address, wanting to know the status.
On 13th Dec, I got the response that they are escalating it to the fulfillment team. But did not hear back from them till 17th Dec. Again i wrote back today (20th Dec). I am not sure of getting any update. I have asked them to refund the amount but i am really not sure if this vendor is trustworthy anymore. A pathetic customer service experience ever.
