I received the car back seat organizer product yesterday and my wife did a Cash-on-delivery of 999/- INR without checking on the same. The said product was of very cheap quality and was missing parts too. There are no hooks or anything to fix it as well. the colour, texture etc. nothing was matching with what is being shown on the website. We sent them email, no response was received. Their website mentions no phone number or address. It is a fake and fraudulent company....

I have ordered an products worth 3500 on 4th August and i have not got any information from them till sep1 st.
I have tried reaching out to them in various ways but still they say they will check but no luck they don't respond they are pathetic and i lost my money.

Its better to report them as fraud on Instagram because i saw their handle and because big interior designers were following them.

So I trusted and bought their stuff and ended up with no products delivered....

I ordered a number of planters for 2500 rupees. It’s been 20 days since they sent a mail saying order was shipped (shipment tracking link was broken), but I have not received anything. I have written multiple times and not received any response.

I called the phone number listed, first the person said he doesn’t work for wowthings anymore, then said he will respond immediately on WhatsApp but never responded. This is a fraud company, don’t buy anything from here....

I received mails from wowthings and ship rocket repeatedly regarding delivery of my product. It was cash on delivery. When It reached the cash was paid fully. On opening the package there was a torn kurti /rag instead of my product. On reaching customer service which took me ages to connect to they said they will resolve my issue.

It's been 15 days. They don't respond to emails. They don't reply on Instagram. Neither do they respond on whatsapp. They now don't pick up calls or reply to email/messages. It is a total scam. Don't fall for it. Spending ones hard earned money on such frauds is heartbreaking. These guys should be punished. Please don't fall for their trap....

Don't buy anything from this page. They will take your money and will not send you your order. I have ordered pots. Its been more than 10 days. They have not shipped it yet. They delete comments on Instagram.

Last time they promised me we will ship it soon and sent me one tracking id but it always shows shipment is not picked up yet. They dint pick the call and reply on whatsapp. Please keep a distance from such fraud sellers....

I had on June 14th placed an order with the company. The order was promised for delivery by 21st June. Despite repeated requests they do not even bother to respond to calls or messages.

They had promised shipping within 5days of the order. I am afraid that my payment has been already made and they are not responding for my request for refund. I had been continuously trying to reach them through Facebook, watsapp and Instagram and even through phone calls but not even responding or returning calls .

I also got to see while logging in through my account created with them that my order has been cancelled. When asked them about it they told that it was a glitch and they are trying to solve the same.

They also promised me that my order is under process and will immediately return the details of shipping. And now while trying to call them or message them they are not responding. ...
