I ordered a number of planters for 2500 rupees. It’s been 20 days since they sent a mail saying order was shipped (shipment tracking link was broken), but I have not received anything. I have written multiple times and not received any response.
I called the phone number listed, first the person said he doesn’t work for wowthings anymore, then said he will respond immediately on WhatsApp but never responded. This is a fraud company, don’t buy anything from here.
