I ordered few home decor products worth 917 from the website www.waytenz.com on 13th May. I did 2 transactions thru online mode and the amt was deducted from my account

On checking my transaction details that one transfer was done to noida and other to Surat. I didn’t received any confirmation mail or message regarding same i got suspicious. I waited for long but there was no update.

I tried to track order everyday but the status only showed that your order is in process. I tried to track the order again but same status of which I have attached image. No phone no is given on website.

Even the companies address is not found. I also tried many times to mail at the email address provided on website but that address doesn’t exist. I am very sure that it’s a fake website which attracts customers by showing beautiful stuff at very low price.

Please see to it. I have shared both the transaction details of my account and as I could share screen shot of one transaction I have uploaded the same. My transaction detail shows that the company is based in noida and Surat....

Dint receive any email or messages regarding the products purchased so I believe its a fake website. So u remove these website who are fake. Otherwise customers like us we simply purchase the products.

For tracking the order there is no tracking only ten how will I track the order. There Email id doesn't work. It's shows wrong email id please check again. Could not contact them.

I have already paid for the product. So please it's a request I need my money back or the products....

I ordered teacup holder and saucer set, also coffee mugs from waytenz.com and product is undelivered. In website they have not mentioned their phone number. Only an email id is there I tried reaching them through email but I got no response.

STRICTLY GOVT HAS TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THESE APPS/SITES THAT LOOT MONEY FROM PEOPLE . I REQUEST ALL TO AVOID SUCH WEBSITES AND APPS WHICH COME MOSTLY IN FACEBOOK AND MOBILES.

And i also saw most people look for cheap and affordable. Most online sites like this use the loop holes of people to loot money. As it is small amount they ignore in most of the times but if you loose more money you are sufferer. KINDLY AVOID THIS SITE....

I received mail failure. I have neither received any SMS or email from the company. The Order No. for the Digital Alarm is 26179....

I have ordered one Laptop Table with ordered No. 30234 on 07th Feb 2022. I have not Received the product it is still showing status as Currently Proceeding. Kindly help to get back my Money....

I purchased 24 Pcs Ceramic Dinner Set @449.00 on 30th January, 2022. I made the payment using Paytm. The amount was deducted from my bank account. But I didn't get any messages from them after placing the order.

No mail or no message is received from them. I will attach the screenshot of my deducted money and the order details. After placing the order I searched internet about the company. I saw that their reputation is bad.

Each and everywhere, it is said that the website is fake and fraud.

1. Why any legal action is not being taken against the company after so many complaints??

2. Secondly, why this company name is shown in top rows in search engine, even after so many complaints against this fraud company. As the company's name is shown in top rows, many new customers can't understand that this is fake company.

3. How could I recover the deducted amount?

4. It is requested to take legal action against this company and block their website from the internet. Because they are making the customers fool. And huge amount of customer's money are transferred to Waytenz's account....

I ordered a set of 6 mugs on Feb 4, 2022. I have not received the order yet. The email is bouncing back. No contact number is provided on the website. I made a payment of Rs. 239 via Paytm.

I have a screenshot of the payment. My amount must be refunded. Strict action must be taken against this fake website so that these fraudsters can't dupe anybody of their hard earned money in future.

On researching, I found out that many such fake websites exist and they have successfully be fooled people & made big bucks .Today, the world has turned digital and hence we ought to have our security systems in place.

There is absolutely no scope for negligence or carelessness. Such incidents put serious questions on cyber security as we lose confidence even in genuine websites. How are these websites running so easily & so successfully?

Is there no safety against cyber crimes? Aren't the concerned agencies encouraging cyber crimes by being so lenient & forbearing towards these criminals? Haven't they made a mockery of the cyber- security system?

Its a serious crime & these offenders should be tracked down & put behind the bars as they pose a major threat to the society.
