I ordered teacup holder and saucer set, also coffee mugs from waytenz.com and product is undelivered. In website they have not mentioned their phone number. Only an email id is there I tried reaching them through email but I got no response.

I need help to raise a complaint regarding this e-commerce platform that are looting money through Paytm and not delivering products.
