I purchased one chair from urban ladder last 1 month back and the quality is very poor now they are denying to give service. Please help how is it possible the product break in one month. This issue please take seriously might be to may customer will face same issues. Hope I will get responses asap. Thank you in advance.

I have purchased a manual recliner sofa 3 seater from Urban Ladder on 16th January 2022 which was supposed to be delivered by 7th Feb 2022, However today is 2nd March 2022 and they are not responding to any of my query and not even on email.

I had a house warming ceremony and because of this I had to face lot of embarrassment and other issues. I purchased it for 31500/- but I had to go so much of loss and trouble because of al this.

Urban ladder is not responding to any of my query....

I had purchased an outdoor Sofa from Urban Ladder online via order number T[Protected]on 25-Nov-2021. The delivery date shown was 27-Dec. 27 Dec is long gone, my order is showing in Shipped status since 15-Dec, but has not been delivered yet.

When I write an email or call Urban Ladder customer service, they ask for 1-2 days to find out where the order is, but never get back with any information. Urban Ladder seems to be cheating the customers. Please help investigate....

I booked a dining set (Order ID: #R254930354) from a Urban Ladder shop in Bangalore, J.P Nagar on 7th Feb, 2021. During the booking the sales person forced me to pay full amount in advance with a promised delivery date of 2nd March, 2021.

Today as of now, I have not received my complete set of products from them. Whenever I am trying to communicate with them through email an social media platforms, they are giving me false date repeatedly with some petty excuses.

I am very much disappointed and really at a loss with their delivery team. I am afraid with their dealing and asking them to return my money as I am cancelling the order. Unfortunately I am not getting any response to this cancellation and refund part and in turn giving me false date again.

I would request if you kindly take any action for their delay and mis behaving customers and also help me to get my products or money returned as early as possible, please need your help....
