Despite multiple date commitments for delivery and full payment being charged to my account, I have yet to receive any confirmation or updates regarding the shipment of my items. I understand that delays can occur, but the lack of communication has left me feeling uncertain about the status of my order. i feel like they are scamming people from all across....

I have placed an order and its been two months, product is not yet shipped, couldn’t reach out to mail or phone number mentioned in website...

Dear Team
I earnestly and urgently wish to know from your Team. Whether there is any way at all by which you can help me, to retrieve my money lost due to Online Shopping of CLOTHES from a FRAUDULENT website, specifically TJORI.

I made the said payment of 1949/- on the 23rd. of MARCH 2022 from my Savings Bank Account for this one KURTA (PREPAID ORDER No. [Protected]. amount paid 1949/-), on the 23rd. of MARCH 2022.

And I have NOT received this product till date. The Delivery according to them. was to be completed on/by the 8th. of APRIL 2022 !! However, it has now been 33 days, almost five weeks from the given date of Delivery until today !!

They have no Contact Number or rather they apparently had a Number which they have disabled with the excuse of Work from Home due to COVID ??!!!! They merrily and casually, keep changing and extending the Delivery Date as per their whims and wishes without any update or intimation.

One gets to know of these ever-changing and ever-extending Delivery dates. ONLY IF and WHEN the harassed Customer who has PREPAID the amount (in this case me and 1949/-) writes a mail to them and begs for a response.

And they always and only respond with a casual repeat, Copy Paste, misleading and completely false n insincere apology and promise of Delivery soon. Also, if you read the comments on their website TJORI from other harassed and cheated customers.

(Especially if you open to the ALL Comments option from the MOST RELEVANT Comments option). you will clearly get to see and understand that they are undoubtedly a fraudulent website and have cheated innumerable Customers of their hard earned money !

They seem to derive some kind of sadistic pleasure from repeatedly changing and extending the Delivery dates (in my case 8th. April, 15th. April, 22nd April, 29th April, 6th. May, 13th. May and then suddenly to 29th. of May and it shall go on and on and on) ?!

I feel absolutely helpless, hopeless and clueless and so frustrated because I can't understand how I can retrieve this money ! Hence I just needed to know whether there is any scope or way by which you can help me out so that I don't lose my hard earned money ?!

I shall be very grateful and happy if you could give me some guidance or update in this matter, urgently !

I placed a prepaid order (8348/-) from my Hdfc bank for a set of 2 suits from Tjori.com in October 21. It was not in right condition and had few defects so I returned it and then I was told to place another order.

I placed another order, which they kept saying will reach you soon, everytime I use to mail them but, then after 1.5 month they said fabric is not available so you can place some other order.

After that I requested them to refund the amount as I am not liking anything on website first they refused then finally they agreed after large number of mails. They even asked for my bank details.

I shared my bank details and request to refund my amount since then I was constantly writing mails to them for refund but nothing was done. They always said my case is on priority and they will initiate refund very soon but since last 1 months they are not even replying to my mails.

I am harassed to a large extend. I asked them to connect to to their head but they never did so and now I don’t think they are even taking my mails seriously....

Tjori has not delivered my order i have placed order on 17 Oct since then they have delayed it twice and it has been a month they have not delivered. There is no call support
Replying to mail is at their discretion to which they do no reply.

I have paid rs 1339 and they won’t even refund my money. They have replied to some mails that order is under process so and so Will provide details once it get shipped. Now they won’t even reply to mails.

Business keep on changing delivery dates after full payment and not responding on email or phone. As they are unable to deliver the orders so I want them to refund the amount Paid.

1. Have purchased an item by providing the full payment and on later stage they mailed that the item is not available for delivery.

2. Have ordered for one item and delivered other item that is not purchased by me.

3. Have ordered for an item and delivered a torn product which was exchanged and the product is not delivered yet....

They have mentioned wrong size in the website. After the product was delivered, I am extremely disappointed with size and I have mailed them for an exchange of the product. They are not interested on solving my issue or my product to be exchanged. My money has gone waste. I have sent too many mails.

But they took too long days to reply me back. I have seen most of the customers are facing the same issue. I see lot of bad reviews on this website. Most of the customers are dissatisfied with the services they are given.

I hope not repeat this same issue to other customers like me. Please take an serious action of this ‘TJORI’ brand. They are just fooling and looting money from the customers....

My order laced on date 31st May 2021,until day I haven't received my order and still they are saying it will take time ,before ordering they just said it will take 10-15days. If ask them for cancellation they were saying they won't return in cash they give voucher. If at all they are not giving product what is the use of voucher. I just need my order at earliest . .kindly resolve my issue....

It’s been almost two months since I did prepaid order for apparel from Tjori website . At the time of ordering, the product description clearly stated that it will be shipped with in 15 days. But even after two months it’s not even processed. They kept on pushing expected delivery date .

I tried to cancel product in their website, but order was not cancelled and customer support team writes very sercastic replies for cancellation request emails. They are not ready to cancel and refund.

If they are not bound to the timelines then why can’t they refund the amount....
