Despite multiple date commitments for delivery and full payment being charged to my account, I have yet to receive any confirmation or updates regarding the shipment of my items. I understand that delays can occur, but the lack of communication has left me feeling uncertain about the status of my order. i feel like they are scamming people from all across.
