I placed a prepaid order (8348/-) from my Hdfc bank for a set of 2 suits from Tjori.com in October 21. It was not in right condition and had few defects so I returned it and then I was told to place another order.
I placed another order, which they kept saying will reach you soon, everytime I use to mail them but, then after 1.5 month they said fabric is not available so you can place some other order.
After that I requested them to refund the amount as I am not liking anything on website first they refused then finally they agreed after large number of mails. They even asked for my bank details.
I shared my bank details and request to refund my amount since then I was constantly writing mails to them for refund but nothing was done. They always said my case is on priority and they will initiate refund very soon but since last 1 months they are not even replying to my mails.
I am harassed to a large extend. I asked them to connect to to their head but they never did so and now I don’t think they are even taking my mails seriously.
