I had the worst experience travelling with Thrillophilia. Nothing was planned from their side and they changed the itinerary for more than 5 times. There was no trip guide with us and we were figuring out all the places and plans on our own. They just provided the hotels and driver and nothing else. Even the breakfast provided by Thrillophilia was not at all good. Overall we had pathetic experience and I would not recommend anyone to travel with Thrillophilia....

We as a couple booked for a trip to leh Ladakh 2 months prior to our travel dates which is on 25,th may 2023 to 30th may 2023. We paid for premium booking. After paying for the flights, we goth itinerary after multiple follow ups. For the hotel accommodation, we had shared our preferred hotels 2 months in prior and also paid 60 % of the amount in advance, we had done multiple follow ups till date.

However we are told that it was blunder from their team as they forgot to make the reservations and are now requesting us to pay for basic hotels at premium cost. The agent Ruchika, sent me a rude mail that if we don't pay by 10th may, our trip will be cancelled with no refund.

Sahil from Trilophillia called me last evening and said that he has made a mistake and forgotten the accommodation pref and asking us to adjust with basic booking and to pay up the remaining amount. Request Trilophillia to look into such matters and help us in shorting the issue....

I have not been provided with the services paid for & also not been given an itemised bill. They are tour operators & booked my itinerary for wrong dates where the service was not available....

A lady named Anshita Sharma calls me and informs me about a trek that I’m interested i buying. The price on the site was 6500 whereas she said it’s 8500 . She doesn’t mention gst . I agree to confirm by making a partial payment through a link she will be sending. She sends a link and tells me to hurry up as the discount is not valid tomorrow .

I hurry and pay , later I notice that it’s 10k not 8500 as she has mentioned earlier. Then later she is rude and tells me that it’s 18 % gst and I should have asked her about it before paying and now it’s on me to get my money back. Unethical and unprofessional scam website.

The same trek is available for 8k elsewhere and now they are making me run around for my own money when I could have booked it somewhere else.they have also wasted my half a day for this along with a slew of rude messages on WhatsApp blaming me for what happened and when I reached out on social media I was blocked.All the other sites are applying only 5% gst and so I fail to understand why thrillophilia is so special to ask for 18%.

And now they are blocking me everywhere . Unethical company it s a total scam....
