Hi,
I have booked a vacation for Maldives with them and 21k to them. They have forwarded me the booking confirmation of hotel. When I checked with hotel they informed that they won't work with The Touring company and no booking on your name.

Then I requested refund from The Touring company and they are not payment back.

Please help me to get my money.

The touring company is the fraud company, Rohit verma from this travel agent called me for one discounted holiday package and i have paid them 135K, after making the payment they complete went absconded and not responding my calls, emails and whatsapp. its been 12 days i have made the full payment but completely no response from them. even they have blocked my number.

While cross checking with hotel team directly. they have confirmed there is no bookings on my name. their entire commitments are false and their intention is to cheat customer, took money by showing discounted holiday packages and then ran away.

I have made 21K payment to the attached bank account and remaining 115K is being paid through the finance (easysalary)....

They have made me pay 1.5 lakhs and now they are not answering the calls.
I'm trying to reach them from 1 week for refund
I have done 3 payments with 50k each

They have made the reservations and asked for payments and when I have find the payment they didn't transfer to the hotel.

Hotel ppl have confirmed that they didn't receive any payments so they have cancelled the reservations.
From then these ppl are not answering the calls....

We booked a package paying 50% after that no proper response to email or call, a week back they sent the voucher when i checked with resort, found its a fake voucher, i asked them to check and sort this out, no response from their end all channels blocked for me, no respond to calls, whatsapp messages and emails....

This complaint against, The touring company and agent Gaurav, Few days back in facebook i saw a tour package, Mr Gaurav asked me to whatsapp on thier business contact number for further discussion, i took a package details via email.

He sent from @thetouring.in official email address, after so many discussion, we finalized the package, he asked me to book the package before 20th of march, we paid 50% booking amount that was 49000Rs, after that no proper response, after so many fallow ups they shared the voucher, when i crosscheck with resort i found its a fake voucher, its booked in another name.

When i connected back to them, they said they raised a complaint with them, its been a week no response either from gaurav or from another other team member of the touring, when i check with resort they said there is no complaint raised as such,

From couple of days we are emailing, sending a message in whatsapp, they are not giving any response, i tried emailed to their generic official email id as well that is [PROTECTED]@thetouring.in even thier is no response, i do have proof of invoice copies and email communication and whatsapp communication as well.
