We booked a package paying 50% after that no proper response to email or call, a week back they sent the voucher when i checked with resort, found its a fake voucher, i asked them to check and sort this out, no response from their end all channels blocked for me, no respond to calls, whatsapp messages and emails.

All These reviews posted here is for a company in Santacruz Mumbai who was using the same name of The Touring and now have changed their name. I have a victim of all these through The Touring Santacruz, and when i decided to contact The Touring, they helped me and provided me with all proofs. Guys i know its really hard to trust these days but believe me The Touring Chandigarh (www.thetouring.in) has nothing related with all these complaints. I request Complaint Room to look into this matter
Reply Ok Mr lav Gupta even I am fake you will say now I paid you 39k post that you were not picking up our phone.Rohit the tour manager suddenly her grandmother died and post that you guys didn't responded..My trip was scheduled from 28th May.You duped my entire money and I am not let you go free..will teach you a hard lesson.
This company fraud me also.I booked a package for Ladakh.Wecame across the touring company for booking our Ladakh trip. We were given the number of a trip coordinator named Mr. Rohit Verma . He said that our total trip cost will be 49000. He shared itinerary with us. As per the telephonic conversation with him he informed us that we are to pay an amount of rupees 15000 as a token amount of booking and the rest amount on 13th May post that they are not picking up our call and blocked our numbers
This review is fake and posted by other travel company to spoil the name of The Touring. This is a genuine company with good customer service.

Your reply to the above message is as on yesterday. Then why are you not picking calls or responding to messages now. You have taken our booking with an advance payment, why are you not responding now? You better come online and clean up the misunderstandings at the earliest.
