I paid 249 for a flower vase. But item is mot yet delivered. The email id is fake and no response from them even after several mails...

I have ordered a coffee mug set. The mug set was worth of 199 rupees only and that amount of the payment was not available for pay on delivery so that. There were an option shown for the online payment so thought i can pay online with my atm card.

It will be helpful for me also so i paid the amount with mu card and after that i waited for many days and i also send many mails they are not replying and not delivering my order they have just taken the payment and didn't gave the order....

Duped me for 2 products - RS. 398/-. No delivery. No response. One was a wall clock of Rs. 199/- & another planet lamp for Rs. 199/-. Another strange thing is I found a number +[Protected]Mon - Fri, 10am-5pm.

Some absolute fraud fellows are speaking in crude Hindi from the other end asking for the mode of payment, which type of card, then sending a code fro a JIo Number and asking for it. I declined.

Then they are telling customers to log onto anydesk for refund - Obviously for taking over the customers' personal details. JUST TO THINK OF THESE FRAUDS GOING ON STILL NOW THROUGH GOOGLE WITH NO CATION BEING TAKEN BY THE GOVT. OF INDIA.

I LOST MY MONEY - Rs. 398/-. Others lost so much. Now I fear, they'll get hold of my account details anyhow. THEY SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY ARRESTED!! NOW WHEN I'M TRYING TO VISIT THE SITE. THEY SAY IT....

I have ordered a bed side table and paid the amount online since there is no cash on delivery available. But i didn't get the product till date. I have written to them multiple times but there is no response.

I even wrote them to cancel the order but still got no response. I have requested them to pay me back but the gmail that they have provided seems to be of no use. Ot is the 14th day of my order and it is still not delivered.

Kindly resolve this issue please. I want my ₹200 back since i paid it online and there is no contact number given in their website and the gmail id they had given seems useless since they are not responding me.

Please help resolve this issue. I made the order on 12th of may this year and got no response from them for the past 14 days except the order confirmation mail. On searching online.

Many people have already raised complaint against this company. If the problem is unable to be solved then i will not hesitate to file a fir. Fraud company like this must payback for what they have done....

I placed an order to this site on 24 April, 2022 but yet not received any info. or location. they are not even replying of my mails or calls. i think it is a fraud company and i want either my product or my refund asap.

I purchased a bed side table from myfamilyshop.online/online-store. The payment was made immediately before check out and then I recipe a tax invoice and all the other details regarding my order with a status of “awaiting processing”.

Few days later I received an email which had a status of order being shipped But the order hasn’t been received yet. There is no direct contact number for this website. I tried to contact via email.

Even after so much effort, I didn’t receive any single email or update regarding my order. My family shop is a fake website. One can find almost everything at very reasonable price.

But they never revert back to their customer once the transaction is made. Fake fake fake alert. Help me to receive my refund....

I ordered a night lamp 18th March, then they sent me an email that my ordered has been shipped but the tracker was fake, I can't reach that, I emailed them many times but not delivered.

I lost my 249/- but mostly I feel cheated because I trusted google and then I faced this. Govt should take action against this kind of fraud company....
