I purchased a bed side table from myfamilyshop.online/online-store. The payment was made immediately before check out and then I recipe a tax invoice and all the other details regarding my order with a status of “awaiting processing”.

Few days later I received an email which had a status of order being shipped But the order hasn’t been received yet. There is no direct contact number for this website. I tried to contact via email.

Even after so much effort, I didn’t receive any single email or update regarding my order. My family shop is a fake website. One can find almost everything at very reasonable price.

But they never revert back to their customer once the transaction is made. Fake fake fake alert. Help me to receive my refund.
