The Family Shop: Amount Paid But Item Not Received

I placed an order to this site on 24 April, 2022 but yet not received any info. or location. they are not even replying of my mails or calls. i think it is a fraud company and i want either my product or my refund asap.

I ordered auspicious 7 horses and i paid rs. 199 for that.
