Tebixa team gave me a call and sent email for renewal. After discussion, they said to pay 4000 INR for renewal.After making payment, they said they will send email by 10.30 pm and website will be up by Sunday morning.

They didn’t follow their words, I kept calling but no answer. After so many calls and email. Tebixa person “Asife” insulted me on WhatsApp saying we are not running company on your money and insulted me saying shut up and all. Very bad and insulting service from Tebixa after making payment....

I purchase a package of the website from tebixa technologies on 11th march for my immigration consultant business. After 45 days they are no give service proper.my website continue stop working. More than 5o times I call on his customer care support number but every time they give accuses that server is down, but he is lair person. They charge me 2000 RS. for CRM software but still they didn't give me.

When I call him for software, they threaten me we stop your website. We have your domain and hosting. He uses this type of language use in what's up also. I have all proof of recording & what's up. I request him many times, but now they are blocked my number. Not given my proper webmail service as per his package. Now I decide to go to consumer court and take action against him....

Have paid more than ₹30000 for IVR services for 1 Year Plan.
All customer care is DOWN or calls are ignored.

The courtesy and kindness was not seen once we had paid the amount.
While no proper explanation is given for the delay of more than a month other than "Service Provider is taking time, which is Airtel".
There is just no way around to get in touch with them and being knowing this, purposefully our requests and mails are ignored.
Kindly help get this issue resolved....

Fraud company pehle call karte hai baar baar or payment mangte hai payment karne ke baad block karte hai or payment refund nahi karte...

Mujhse payment karaya or uske Baad bole ki or payment karna hai order ke liye to maine Mana kiya ki maine jo payment kiya wo wapas ki jiye but ye bole refund nahi hoga....
