Have paid more than ₹30000 for IVR services for 1 Year Plan.
All customer care is DOWN or calls are ignored.
Leave this IVR service, they are not available to clients at all for other queries too. They are not available to conduct any discussion on improvements towards our site.

The courtesy and kindness was not seen once we had paid the amount.
While no proper explanation is given for the delay of more than a month other than "Service Provider is taking time, which is Airtel".
There is just no way around to get in touch with them and being knowing this, purposefully our requests and mails are ignored.
Kindly help get this issue resolved.
