Absolutely fraud website . I wish I had read this column here . That they don’t return dresses . I gave 8 pairs on 23/10/2023 to that guy Aakash . I was told I will get delivery by 11/11/2023 . Still hanging on . First they created an emergency that operations were shut down - just like all other reviews and when their 3rd date elapsed - they have stopped replying to messages . I am repeatedly asking them will they give my dresses or no . They are big mafias . Despite so many complaints online they are doing this to every customer and no action is being taken . No phone number to call them .Only whatsapp contact.

I told them before ordering that I changed my mind since I read not so good reviews they send me some fake link saying these are there reviews - it had more than 500 5 star reviews - all fake . Disgusting . They are such champions of the game and they know how weak our system is so they are not even afraid of consumer forum complaints they are used to all these . I don’t know how can I get my dresses back ? They were so costly....

I have given five set of garments for stitching/tailoring services to the online company tailor boutiques.com, they picked my clothes from my residence in Gurgaon on 23rd October and per their delivery timeline, the stitched clothes should have been delivered within 2 weeks but they have not delivered my clothes. Further I have been following up with them on when can they deliver and they have been delaying it and making false promises.

It will be delivered on a certain date but they never fulfill their promise and I have to keep requesting them to return my clothes and they don’t respond to me on time. They informed me after a month that they cannot stitch the clothes and their business is shutting down and will return the garments as is but till now I have not received anything and they keep saying it will get delivered tomorrow but that tomorrow never comes! This is complete fraud and scam! Don’t use their service....

Akash came and picked 4 suit piece for stitching on 28th August and they are not returning it now, no one is responding on WhatsApp or even on Gmail, this tailorboutique.com is totally fraud, any one who have any idea how to get my suit piece back please reply on this....

They sent guy named Aakash on 26th July for measurement. I gave 4 suits. One suit for size reference. One lower. Today is 1 St September. They have neither returned my calls nor responding on emails or WhatsApp. Just in between once they responded that due to emergency they are not operational and will reopen from 25th August. Stil waiting for my clothes. They were so expensive. I think they are running a scam. Collecting suit materials and then just disappearing. ...

They sent some akash person to collect my material and take the measurements. after that everyone is just poof. they have blocked me when i call, no response on whatsaap. The email id says closed for emergency.

Its been 10 days. i gave them 3 pieces of clothing costing me more than 5k. please beware, i did my google search now, regretting that they have made a paid website with fake reviews all over....

I came across this boutique online - thesuitwala.com they claimed to be the best in town since 1983. They sent a person named Akash to pick suit material from my residence in Gurgaon with a promise to deliver by 1st or 2nd August 2021. However, they made a story that owner’s father has passed away and there will be a delay in delivery.

Now they dint even answer the call neither they reply to my whatsapp messages. The suit materials given were extremely exclusive and expensive, I think they dint intend to return and have stolen my expensive clothes otherwise they would have respond. Its way more than a month now....
