I have given five set of garments for stitching/tailoring services to the online company tailor boutiques.com, they picked my clothes from my residence in Gurgaon on 23rd October and per their delivery timeline, the stitched clothes should have been delivered within 2 weeks but they have not delivered my clothes. Further I have been following up with them on when can they deliver and they have been delaying it and making false promises.

It will be delivered on a certain date but they never fulfill their promise and I have to keep requesting them to return my clothes and they don’t respond to me on time. They informed me after a month that they cannot stitch the clothes and their business is shutting down and will return the garments as is but till now I have not received anything and they keep saying it will get delivered tomorrow but that tomorrow never comes! This is complete fraud and scam! Don’t use their service.
