In the disguise of Warranty Sleepwell Mattress are looting the customer by asking to pay hefty amount for replacement even though their products carry a Warranty of 7 years and some of the products for even 10 years.

They are totally misleading the customers by publishing warranty of the product as 7years and 10 years, whereas in reality the same is not existing.Hopefully Sleepwell customer support will get up from their sleep and provide the replacement of the product which is within warranty.

After due verification their customer support team conveyed that the product replacement will be done. However when received the call they are attaching stings to the warranty by saying only partial amount will be done as settlement.

Indirectly they are only boosting their sales by providing partial amount of warranty and asking the customer to pay the hefty differential amount....

I purchased my mattress on [Protected]and I have done complaint in July 2018 i complaint has not bee solved til now...

I have purchased sleepwell mattresses on 21 June 2020. Company gave me 5 years warranty. Mattresses buried in the middle. It is uncomfortable now. I have complaint for it on 10 December 2021 (complaint no. 201335).

Company committed me to replace the mattresses with in ten days but till date I am not getting....

I bought one Sleepwell mattress last year in the month of May for around 28k. I bought this mattress specific from Sleepwell vendor as I already have 3 more mattresses from Sleepwell and never faced any difficulty. But this time this mattress got bulgy from one place that happened in the month of April but due to lock down we have not reported the matter and later got transferred to other location and missed out to complain about that. Now when I went to the dealer Seema furniture G M S Road Dehradun from where I have bought this last year, they asked me to complain directly to company and they can’t help us. But after some discussion they called one of the representatives of Sleepwell and shared the details and came with one of the stupid idea I.e as per them my mattress is under warranty and Sleepwell will give me voucher of 80% of the cost what I have purchased and than I have to buy new mattress at present cost which is almost 10k more than the cost at which I bought the mattress. Moreover ur representative stupidly shared example of Gold that in gold, market applies the same rule. But in return when I told him that the buy back of gold is also happens at current market rate than he dropped the phone and did not picked up again. Than one of the representatives of Seema furniture has helped us in submitting our request and told us that someone from Sleepwell will visit our place and than this thing will get properly clarified but no one even called us form Sleepwell and it’s almost 1 month has passed we have logged the complaint. It’s actually a sad state of customer service one would expect from such organisation. Customer believe the big brands as they really bother about there reputation but seems like Sleepwell does not have such fear. ☹️☹️...
