Before 10 December2021 once I called to company customer care no in month of August 2021 but at that time customer care executive suggested me to rotate the mattresses 360° and used it for 45 days . After that if you have some prblm then you will free to call us. Then I followed the executive suggestion and rotated it 360°. After using long time finally I called again to complain on 10 December 2021. They gave me complaint no 201335 and committed to replace the mattresses but today is 24 February 2022 not getting any mattresses. I have purchased that mattresses for our comfortness but due to this we got back pain. Very bad company never buy again this company mattresses very bad experience.
