Couple of months before i bought washing machine and refrigerator both together i paid 12k but very next day its not working properly, even try to reach them multiple times but not at all responding to the calls text. Seriously they are cheating all people who cannot afford new products....

I bought fridge 5 months back it stopped working with in 2 months only i keep calling them but they are not picking up the call. Really bad service but people working for it are much more pathetic....

We had purchased a Whirlpool proton refrigerator from the above mentioned dealer (Mr. Zubair Ahmed and Mr. Shoaib) after seeing an advertisement of it in Facebook marketplace. The fridge was mentioned as refurbished.

An amount of Rs.11,500/- was paid along with our old refrigerator for which Rs. 4500/- was deducted from the total cost. (The total cost of the fridge was Rs.16000/-). After this, we got it delivered.

But, the fridge we got was in a totally awful condition and wasn't even cleaned properly. We had contacted them to cancel the purchase but they refused. Even after visiting their place and repeated calls, they did not respond.

This took place in the early days of February 2022. This fraudulent act made us send them a legal notice in the month of March with a wait period of 15 days for them to reply. They seemed not to care.

Requesting to get this case resolved without registering the case with the consumer court. The resolution of this case is the complete refund of the amount paid towards the fridge along with the return of our old refrigerator....

We purchased a fridge from REFORMATIC, it was a defective one. After multiple calls and follow up Shouiab and Zubair are not resolving the issue. Not sure what to do now. Looks like we lost our hard earned money....

I got a second hand fridge which 6300 rs and the received fridge was totally different and very old one form the before shown, it was missing freezer door. Suddenly it stopped working and I registered a complain it's been 2 week,

They not even giving proper response. Guys don't go for this shop. it's waste of money and peace of mind. we are calling that guy everyday but not at all responding, ignoring call and cutting the call.

Everyday atleast 10 times we call 1 time they will answer. It's better to give more money to new one and not buying from them instead of disturbing your mental peace. Try to avoid buying anything from them....

Got a defective fridge and no one is receiving calls to fix it. The fridge does not work at all. Completely different from the model i ordered.

Do not fall for their return policy or refund policy. Nobody should be buying from there. They are just on OLX to make a fool of everyone.

I ordered a BPL second hand washing machine with 3 year service and they delivered a LLOYD washing machine which was initially not working, They send a person for repair after repeated follow ups and the washing machine is not working after one wash.

There is no response from them after repeated calls and messages for last two weeks....

We purchased second hand products and the seller assured warranty for 3 years. We held some However the refrigerator was defective and when asked for replacement or return we were spoken to rudely. Please do not purchase anything from the company....

I had order a washing machine from a second hand dealer. For rupee 6500, he gave me a defects products which is not working. I tried to reach him out but he is not responding to calls neither text. I somehow contacted him on the alternate number where he replied but very rudely....
