I had order a washing machine from a second hand dealer. For rupee 6500, he gave me a defects products which is not working. I tried to reach him out but he is not responding to calls neither text. I somehow contacted him on the alternate number where he replied but very rudely.

I purchased a refrigerator from REFORMATIC, it's not working at all from day one. Even after multiple calls and follow up Shouiab and Zubair are not sending the technician since last 10 days they telling like tomorrow will send but still no one visited for solution now what i have to do now we should go for FIR or consumer court ?//As this company making fool to us.....
